How quickly can you answer my question?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We usually reply within 24 hours!

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship out your order within 48 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

Do they fit big or small?

They typically fit slightly bigger so you can have the option to wear them with socks! If you are a half size and we don’t have your size available, it may be best to pick a size down. Keep in mind that our slippers are closed toed and can cover a range of sizes.

Are they as comfy as they look?

Totally, but they are slightly stiffer when you get them. They're designed this way to allow for them to truly mold to your feet for optimal comfort - wear them for a week to break them in and they will soften up, or soak them in warm water for 30 minutes.

Are they waterproof?

Yes, you can wear them in any condition! Wear them at the beach, inside, in the shower, on a walk, the list goes on!

Do these fit wide feet?

Yes, the cavemans fit wide feet.

What are they made of?

The interior of the shoes features cushioning and support from the plush insoles to ensure a comfortable fit throughout the day. The combination of the silicone exterior and fully engineered rubber sole provides flexibility and shock absorption, making every step a comfortable one.

What currency do you charge in?

We are in USD, but your local currency of what your card will be charged should show on the product page. For example, if you are in Canada it should show the equivalent of 29.99 USD converted to CAD on the product page.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes we offer wholesale, please email us at operations@mypotatorunners.com for our wholesale structure. Keep in mind our prices are in USD.

Where are you guys located?

Our design team, marketing team, and product rollout team are based in Canada and the United states. Our warehouse is based in Miami, Florida.☀️

Returns

What's your return policy?

For order modifications, let us know the same day of your order for any changes. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping or if we ship you the wrong size. Just let us know, send pictures, and we send you a new pair or refund you instantly. Our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address. Please feel free to contact us about returns at help@potatornnrs.co if you are unsatisfied with your order - please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

I received the wrong size, what do I do?

If we've sent you the wrong item, we'll send you over a replacement right away to make it right. In the case that you've ordered the incorrect size, you can ship it back to us and send us the tracking information, and once the tracking updates we will send you a new pair.

Where do I send it back?

Return address varies depending on your location. Contact our support team for further details.

I got them and they're too big, what do I do?

Order Tracking

How do I track my order?

Track your order using this link: Either enter your order number and email into the field, or enter your tracking number into the field. If your tracking is not updated, please give it 2-4 days.

When will my tracking update?

Tracking can take up to 4 days to update, this does not mean that it has not shipped yet. It could be on route to you, sometimes there are just delays in the tracking.

When will I get my order?

United States Orders: Between 6-12 days of placing your order + up to 2 days of processing time. 
International Orders: Between 10-15 days of placing your order + up to 2 days of processing time.

*Delays may be expected due to ongoing changes in COVID protocols.
